So, together with my son, we were looking for his first car. After looking at many, he showed me a car he liked at this Muirhead Motors place. A bit far I said, as we live in East Ayrshire. He really liked the look of it so up we drove to look at it. A young man called Jordan was there to meet us and took my son out for a test drive. When he came back he said he really liked the car and so we decided to buy it. Being eager to own his first car, my son wanted to drive it home there and then although Jordan explained that one or two things needed working on. I said not to worry as I would personally deal with the items. After getting back home, we realised that there were quite a few things that needed doing. I called Jordan and was told to get them done and he would cover the cost! A few days later the car developed an ominous knocking . Fearing the worst, I called Jordan again and he sent someone to recover the car and get it back to him at no cost to me.The issue wasn't as bad as I had feared, he got it fixed and personally delivered it back here, to me today. I have bought many used cars over the years ....do I like buying from a used car dealership? No. But....would I use Jordan's company again?
