The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA require us to provide you with a document called an ‘Initial Disclosure Document’. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us and what to do if you have a complaint.

We are permitted by the FCA to conduct regulated activities consisting of Consumer Hire, Consumer Credit, Credit Broking, Debt Administration, Debt Counselling and Debt Adjusting. Quorum Fleet Solutions T/A Q-Finance – Vehicle Finance
We provide motor vehicle finance brokerage services to customers and can offer you products from a range of financiers, who may be able help you finance your vehicle. What service will be provided?
Whilst exploring your options, we will only make a recommendation: that is suitable for your needs and circumstances at the time the recommendation is made, based on the information provided to us. We will provide general information relating to finance products or comparable details most suited to your lending or purchase requirements. We do not charge any fees for our services. We receive a commission from the lender if you enter this agreement which is shared with the supplier (as detailed below).

This is either a percentage of the loan agreement or a flat fee. We will seek information about your personal circumstances and relevant objectives to identify your requirements. It is important that all the information you provide is accurate.

We will promptly acknowledge your complaint in writing, investigate your complaint and endeavour to send you a final response within 8 weeks of receipt of the complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this time, we will send you an update. If you are not happy with our response, and you are an eligible complainant, you can escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, you must do so within six months of the date of the final response letter.
