We purchased a Vauxhall Mokka in January, the level of service we received was professional, honest. They were extremely friendly. The after sale care and communication exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership for the quality of vehicles and the service they provide.

So, together with my son, we were looking for his first car. After looking at many, he showed me a car he liked at this Muirhead Motors place. A bit far I said, as we live in East Ayrshire. He really liked the look of it so up we drove to look at it. A young man called Jordan was there to meet us and took my son out for a test drive. When he came back he said he really liked the car and so we decided to buy it. Being eager to own his first car, my son wanted to drive it home there and then although Jordan explained that one or two things needed working on. I said not to worry as I would personally deal with the items. After getting back home, we realised that there were quite a few things that needed doing. I called Jordan and was told to get them done and he would cover the cost! A few days later the car developed an ominous knocking . Fearing the worst, I called Jordan again and he sent someone to recover the car and get it back to him at no cost to me.The issue wasn't as bad as I had feared, he got it fixed and personally delivered it back here, to me today. I have bought many used cars over the years ....do I like buying from a used car dealership? No. But....would I use Jordan's company again? Absolutely! 100% His level of personal care for the customer (in this case me) was totally above and beyond. Keep it going mate. Mike.

Called the guys on Friday and had my car by Saturday. Really friendly, accommodating and professional service. Car is immaculate. I text a couple days after sale for a query I forgot to ask when I bought the car and got a response immediately. Couldn’t be happier.

I was looking to buy a car in my price range and reviewed many options on many websites. So many dealerships promised you answers and call backs that never happened. And then came along Jordan, who was the light above all others. His attention to detail was amazing! He answered all my questions and ensured that the vehicle was 100% (including arranging a cambelt change on my behalf) before I had even seen the car. The car was even better than he had described. The handover of the vehicle was the smoothest of operations, where Jordan assisted with everything. I would strongly recommend this dealership should you be in the market for a new car.

Great customer service and care pre, during and post purchase. Regular and friendly communication throughout. A couple of small things to sort in the early days after purchase and things were organised quickly and efficiently.

Very good company to deal with. Jordan is especially helpful. Not only did he give me a lift to the garage, but he also resolved a minor issue after sale to my satisfaction. I travelled over 400 miles to purchase and it was worth it.

When I first saw the five star reviews, I was sceptical. They deserve more than 5 stars. Jordan will exceed your expectations. He goes above and beyond for his clients. No hard selling, no lying about the condition of the car. Fair pricing! He will attend to any after sales issues promptly, no matter how small. Can't recommend enough! Impressive!
